Chinese and EU Partnerships

Since 2006, Stravencon has developed strong partnerships with the largest Chinese pharmaceutical companies to manufacture products with the highest EU market potential.
These partnerships include :  

• To assist one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in China, North China Pharmaceutical Group (NCPC) to implement an EU cGMP quality system within their new state-of-the-art antibiotic plant which was completed in October 2010. Stravencon has obtained the Marketing Authorisations (MA’s) and will be responsible for EU marketing and distribution of the products within key EU markets .

• License and supply agreements with a number of other major Chinese companies for semi-exclusive EU licenses and marketing rights covering a select portfolio of anti-cancer support products.  

• A 50/50 joint venture with a new private Chinese company to market oncology products in the EU.  The Chinese partner is constructing a new facility to manufacture these products to EU standards under Stravencon's supervision.  

• To assist two Chinese Biotechnology companies in finding EU co-development partners for
  their products.

• Identifying Chinese contract manufacturing partners for EU specialty pharmaceutical companies

• Working with a large Chinese corporate group to identify and negotiate with acquisition targets
  in Europe
